Package Four
Large Website with added elements

- up to 10 pages
- template design or adaption of a ready-made template

- up to 5 photos per page other than on a gallery page
- up to 2 of the added elements from the list on the right included   for free.  Please note that price is for installation/set-up only and   not the cost of the product if any.

Maintenance Costs

Once your website is completed, you may have the html and graphic files so you can update the site yourself, or you can send updates to LooKSmart Solutions.

We charge £20 per hour for adding your website additions.  The total maintenance cost will be calculated every quarter and an invoice will be sent at that time.  For any quarter where at least one update was requested, an invoice for a minimum of £20 will be sent.

If your website will require regular updates (i.e. weekly) a maintenance agreement can be drawn up at a lower hourly rate.

Message boards provided by www.phpbb.com require updating when a new version is released.  All new version updates are recommended for site security reasons.  LooKSmart Solutions will notify you when a new version has been released and confirm that you would like this update carried out.  These updates again will be charged at an hourly rate of £20.
